DECKadence Marine Flooring.

Seller hereby warrants to the original purchaser the DECKadence Marine product sold by an authorized dealer or distributor, to be free from defects in material and workmanship, for 7 years from the date of installation. Our obligation under this warranty shall be limited to the repair or replacement of any part or parts of the material which may thus prove defective under normal recreational marine use within one year from date of installation by the original purchaser or an authorized installer, and which our examination shall disclose to our satisfaction to be thus defective. Seller shall not be liable for normal manufacturing or natural irregularities nor for customary variations from specifications. Claims made for fade or change of color of installed material shall be limited to one year and exclude any stains caused by organic or synthetic materials. Claims on finished merchandise must be made in writing. Seller shall not be liable for removal or installation costs.

THIS WARRANTY IS EXPRESSLY IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED INCLUDING THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR USE AND OF ALL OTHER OBLIGATIONS OR LIABILITIES ON OUR PART, AND WE NEITHER ASSUME, NOR AUTHORIZE ANY OTHER PERSON TO ASSUME FOR US, ANY OTHER LIABILITY IN CONNECTION WITH THE SALE OF TORNADOTEAK FLOORING. THIS WARRANTY SHALL NOT APPLY TO THIS FLOORING MATERIAL OR ANY PART THEREOF WHICH HAS BEEN SUBJECT TO ACCIDENT, NEGLIGENCE, ALTERATION, ABUSE, OR MISUSE. WE MAKE NO WARRANTY WHATSOEVER IN RESPECT TO ACCESSORIES OR PARTS NOT SUPPLIED BY US. THE TERM ‘ORIGINAL PURCHASER’, AS USED IN THIS WARRANTY, SHALL BE DEEMED TO MEAN THAT PERSON FOR WHOM THE FLOORING IS ORIGINALLY INSTALLED. THIS WARRANTY SHALL APPLY ONLY WITHIN THE BOUNDARIES OF THE CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES.

Some states/provinces do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, or the exclusion or limitation of special, incidental or consequential damages, so these limitations and exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights which vary from state/province to state/province.

There is no warranty on Logos, borders, or any other “custom” work added to the DECKadence Material.

PVC Loop Products

We warranty our PVC loop products to be free from defects in material and workmanship for 3 years from the date of purchase.  Our obligation under this warranty shall be limited to the repair or replacement of any part or parts of the material which may thus prove defective under normal recreational marine use within one year from date of installation by the original purchaser or an authorized installer, and which our examination shall disclose to our satisfaction to be thus defective.
